Paskong Aurora: Highlights from PAILAW 2025 at the Capitol

Written by Lerry Turgo  •  December 2, 2025 in Event

Christmas decoration in Aurora Provincial Capitol opened on December 1, 2025. This event is entitled PAILAW 2025 – Sigla At Galak Hatid Sa Lahat.

The event reminds us that Christmas is near and I was lucky to have a chance to walk around on the first day of PAILAW 2025.

The ambiance around the area is nice. There are colorful Christmas lights, Lanterns, huge Christmas tree, a Nativity display, and a large greeting sign that says ‘Maligayang Pasko.’

A warm holiday greeting: The “Maligayang Pasko” light installation welcomes visitors and locals alike to the Capitol grounds.

And of course, no PAILAW experience is complete without the food. Food stalls are there, ready to satisfy your tummy.

Food trip time! Visitors line up at local food stalls to grab a bite while enjoying the festive lights at the Capitol grounds.

Everyone enjoys it. Not only the kids, but even us, the elders.

This event/tradition really brings unity to the community. Here is the  videos I captured during the first day of the Pailaw 2025.
